Bodywork Therapy is for people who want to resolve chronic tension, improve posture and mobility, and build a body that works better in everyday life and training — not just feel temporary relief.

This 1:1 work focuses on how your body functions as a whole system: how you move, how load is distributed, where tension accumulates, and where weakness limits movement and performance.

The goal is long-term change in body function, not a one-off massage effect.

Phoenix Bodycraft – Functional Bodywork (Sports Recovery & Deep Chronic Tension Release in West London).

I help people move more freely and restore balance in the body. My work focuses on posture, mobility, strength, and nervous system regulation through functional bodywork and hands-on massage.

Sessions are tailored to individual needs and aim to improve posture, release chronic tension, and support recovery from physical discomfort. Suitable for athletes, active individuals, dancers, and anyone experiencing movement restrictions or ongoing tension.

Sessions are available in West London (Queen’s Park) or via home visit by appointment.
